Ponni Sugars (Erode) Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of sugar and its by-products. The Company is pursuing Cogen Project. The Companys products include Cane Sugar, Cane Molasses, Molasses Bagasse. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 20011 (fiscal 2011), the Company produced 76870 tons of sugar and 628613 tons of cane was crushed. According to the Individual - Audited financial statement for the Year of 2012, total net operating revenues increased with 7.94%, from INR 250.16 tens of millions to INR 270.02 tens of millions. Operating result increased from INR 15.08 tens of millions to INR 32.72 tens of millions which means 116.98% change. The results of the period increased 294.46% reaching INR 17.79 tens of millions at the end of the period against INR 4.51 tens of millions last year.
